Service Description

An initial free 30min session to assess your level of fitness and to discuss your personal goals will allow me to put together your personal training plan with a long term view to you achieving your goals. By using the one to one training you will have my full attention to ensure your form is correct and motivate you to push yourself further than you thought possible.
