Service Description

Each work station will have a different exercise to be performed for one minute before moving on to the next station, one circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Circuit Training is a creative and flexible way to keep exercise interesting while boosting cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Expect to use some weights while other stations could be body weight or aerobic.


Please contact me 24hrs prior to the class you have booked to cancel the class. If cancellation policy is followed, a refund or credit will be offered.
