Service Description

Weight training is an excellent way to build muscle mass and tone your body, in this starter class we will be using our own weight or light weights if prefered to master some exercises including squats, lunges, tricep press and pushups as well as working on core strength and stability.


Please contact me 24hrs prior to the class you have booked to cancel the class. If cancellation policy is followed, a refund or credit will be offered.
